The Wises Farm Development Trust (Wises Trust) has purchased 8.59 hectares of this land on the western side of the newly constructed Maroochy Boulevard which links the Sunshine Motorway with the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. Wises Trust intends to undertake a mixed use commercial & residential development. Wises Trust also has an option to purchase additonal lots within the "Wises Farm" development precinct.
