After 12 months of no property transactions, three of the Trust's smaller properties were sold in late June: 

23 Coleman Street, Lismore

This property was purchased as part of the development of 4 Zadoc Street. A sale price of $267,000 was achieved and the sale settled on 30 June 2010.

132 Pacific Parade, Bilinga

The Trust acquired this property as part of the settlement proceeds when the Ipswich City Plaza property was sold in June 2009. A sale price of $1.8 million was achieved, and the sale settled on 28 June 2010.

7 Treelands Drive, Yamba

The Trust had owned adjoining blocks of land at 7 & 9 Treelands Drive in Yamba, to the immediate north of Yamba Shopping Fair. A few months ago we were approached by McDonalds Australia wishing to acquire 7 Treelands Drive. A sale price of $2.0 million was achieved and the sale settled on 30 June 2010.

All sale proceeds have gone to debt reduction.
