At the May 2010 Board meeting the directors resolved to close the current capital raising, effective from close of business on 18 May 2010.  Accordingly we will be unable to process any applications received from today onwards and will be obliged to return any application monies.

Through the PDS the Trust raised some $8.5 million of new capital, and we would like to sincerely thank all unit holders who participated.

We would also remind you that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan remains open, with a current reinvestment price of $1.00 (one dollar) per unit. For any unit holder not participating, DRP application forms are available on our website or by contacting our office.
