The sale of the Trust's property at 2 Bell Street, Ipswich (Ipswich City Plaza) settled on 26 June 2009. The sale price was $14.6 million, some $2.85 million higher than book value of $11.75 million. Net sale proceeds will initially be used to reduce Trust Borrowings.
