Peter Burge

Portfolio Services Director

Peter is a qualified property economist, chartered accountant and is a licenced real estate agent, business agent and strata managing agent. Peter holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England. He is an associate member of the Australian Property Institute and Institute of Chartered Accountants, and has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate specialising in property development, pre-leasing, property and project management.

Paul Rippon

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Paul has over 30 years experience in public accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Business Law) from New South Wales Institute of Technology, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Financial Planning Specialist with the Institute.

From 2000 until 2006, he was a principal of WHK Rutherfords Accountants and Financial Planners. For 12 years prior to that he was a principal of Conways & Co Chartered Accountants. He has also had 5 years experience as Finance Director and Company Secretary of an unlisted public company.

Steve Ranyard

Financial Controller

Steve joined Clarence Property in June 2007 and has extensive experience in financial management, reporting and analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics and Management) degree from Liverpool University in the UK, Diploma's in Property Investment & Finance and Property Asset Management and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA). Before joining Clarence Property, Steve had spent the previous 8 years working in senior management accounting, project management and analyst roles for one of the largest companies on the London Stock Exchange.

Roni Karika

Asset Manager

Roni joined Clarence Property in August 2007 as the trusts Asset Manager. Roni holds a Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University in New Zealand and is an associate member of the Australian Property Institute. Roni's role focuses on the strategic management of the trust's portfolio in order to maximise returns through strong leasing processes, control of operating expenses and identification of value-add opportunities. Before joining Clarence Property Roni was an Asset Manager with CB Richard Ellis on the Gold Coast. Roni has also worked with some of the largest property companies in Australia which include the Mirvac Group and Jones Lang LaSalle, and has over 10 years experience in the property industry.
